Michael Joseph acquired UK and Commonwealth rights including audio. North American rights were snapped up by HarperCollins in a six-figure deal via Jenny Bent at the Bent Agency.

Scholastic UK has seized two YA novels written by Polly Crosby at auction. The first, This Tale is Forbidden, is described by the publisher as “The Handmaid’s Tale meets the Brothers Grimm”, and will publish in January 2024.

Publishing director Liz Foley has acquired UK and Commonwealth rights in a two book deal that included Susan’s debut, Pandora.
