Ross Armstrong is an actor and writer based in North London. He studied English Literature at Warwick University and Acting at RADA. He has performed on stage with the RSC, in the West End and on Broadway, while on TV he has appeared in shows such as Foyles War, Jonathan Creek, Ripper Street and the upcoming HBO mini-series Chernobyl.

The Watcher, his first novel, was published by HQ in the UK in 2016 and in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the USA and Israel in 2017. It was a Sunday Times Bestseller and was long-listed for the John Creasey Dagger. His second novel, Head Case, was published in 2018. It was long listed for the CWA Gold Dagger and the TV rights have been purchased by Red Production Company.
