Mark Boutros
Mark Boutros is represented by Rachel Neely
Mark is an award-winning screenwriter and author whose work has earned him an International Emmy nomination and a PAGE International Screenwriting Awards win. He's written for CBBC, Sky One, Sky Arts, and the BBC.
He has a versatile portfolio that includes dark comedy, thrillers, and fantasy, which probably points to commitment issues. His current titles include Until Death Do Us Part, a domestic thriller, and his craft books The Craft of Character, and Creative Writing Exercises: Improve Your Craft Through Play. He used to be a TV producer and once ghost wrote erotic fiction, but the less said about that the better.
Beyond writing, Mark teaches creative writing and screenwriting at NYU London and the London Film School.
He is currently working on a rom-com, and a new adult fantasy novel featuring high-stakes revenge and, naturally, dragons, because who doesn't like dragons?
