IN HER DEFENCE, Philippa Malicka’s debut, received a great review in Woman’s Own who said, “dark and suspenseful, it will keep you on your toes, questioning who to trust.”
THE INVITATION by Veronica Henry was featured in Platinum’s ‘Books We Love’ too, who summed it up as “captivatingly romantic!'“
Veronica Henry’s twenty-fifth novel was also The Sun’s Pick of the Week and given five stars, alongside being described as “utterly enchanting”.
Claire Douglas was featured in iNews’s ‘SHELF LOVE’ feature, where she told them about her favourite psychological thrillers, including And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie and The Secret History by Donna Tartt.
THE FAMILY FRIEND by Claire Douglas was included in the iPaper’s ‘Best new crime novels and thrillers out in March’ feature and reviewed it as a “gripping read”.
Claire’s twelfth novel was also featured in Prima, who deemed it ‘a pacy, gripping thriller that fans will lap up’.
And to round off this absolute litany of praise, LOCAL GIRL MISSING by Claire Douglas was featured in Women & Home in a feature titled ‘IF YOU LIKED THIS...You'll love these’. WE ARE ALL GUILTY HERE by Karin Slaughter is the W&H Book Club pick and LOCAL GIRL MISSING is one of three novels that they recommend to their readers if they want to read a similar book exploring hidden truths.
