Books in the Media
Louise O’Neill’s A BIGGER LIFE has received plenty of coverage following publication last week.
Louise was featured in The Times and appeared on The Times Radio too.
She also made the cover of The Irish Times Magazine, and was featured in The Sunday Times Style Magazine ‘How to Meet a Guy in 100 Dates’.
Woman’s Own Book Club called A BIGGER LIFE: “Honest, vulnerable and funny – this is a thoughtful reflection on learning to live your life on your own terms”.
The Independent meanwhile mentioned both A BIGGER LIFE, as well as Richard Osman’s WE CHASE SHADOWS, in their September ‘New Book Releases’ roundup.
On A BIGGER LIFE they said:
“I would also recommend Louise O’Neill’s A Bigger Life, which blends heartache with righteous anger about what it’s like for a woman to be ‘in the trenches’ of the modern relationship game with inadequate men”.

Richard Osman’s WE CHASE SHADOWS has similarly received a lot of press following publication this month.
His most recent novel featured in Town and Country’s ‘The 67 Must Read Books of Fall 2026’, and Good Housekeeping’s ‘8 Best Crime Fiction
to Read this Autumn’.
The book was also picked up by the Telegraph (“Only Richard Osman Could Mix Waitrose, Countdown and Murder”).
People meanwhile included an excerpt of the novel, while both Esquire and The Independent’s ‘Bulletin’ featured Richard’s most recent novel.
Richard also appeared on BBC Sounds, while The Sun ran a competition to win a copy of the book.
The I Paper featured both WE CHASE SHADOWS and PRIDE, PREJUDICE AND PERIL by Jessica Bull in their ‘The Best New Crime
and Thriller Books to Read in September 2026’.
THE PHONE SWAP by Lia Louis featured in Book Page’s ‘Our Top 10 Books of the Month’, where they called the novel “an exquisite, wish-fulfilling love story ...”
And THE SUMMER WE LIED by Rebecca Hardy appeared in Woman’s Weekly in their ‘Great Reads’ feature where the novel was one of their ‘Picks of the Week’.
Congratulations to all!
