The Death of Us wins The Ned Kelly International Award

Abigail Dean’s third novel, The Death of Us, has won the Australian Crime Writers Association’s Ned Kelly Award for Best International
Crime Fiction (published in Australia).

This follows the CWA Gold Dagger Award which Abigail won earlier this year.

The Death of Us was also shortlisted for the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Novel of the Year 2026.
