Veronica Henry

Veronica Henry began her career typing scripts for The Archers, then went on to write for some of our best loved television dramas including Heartbeat and Holby City. In 2000 she turned her hand to fiction, and is about to have her 25th novel, The Invitation, published by Orion. She won the Romantic Novel of the Year Award with A Night on the Orient Express. She is a Patron of Libraries Unlimited and Appledore Book Festival, has written features for magazines including Woman & Home and You, and runs regular writing retreats. She lives on the North Devon coast.
